What's included?

This unique service can meet a range of needs. Did you book the earliest appointment available and you can't make it? We’re more than happy to take your furry friend to their appointment. We’ll pass along the details you give us to the vet and check in with you afterward. After the appointment, we’ll bring your pet back home and make sure they’re feeling happy and cozy before we head out. Need someone to take your pet to the groomers? We’re on it! We can pick up your pet from your place, drop them off for grooming, and then bring them back home once they’re all spruced up.


Cancellation Policy

1. Booking and Cancellations 1.a. Bookings discussions shall not be considered as ‘confirmed’ until Fluffs & Wuffs provides the Customer with a confirmation in writing for the services booked. 1.b. Services provided on weekends incur an additional charge of 15%. For instance, the cost for an Individual Walk is £18 from Monday to Friday, while it is £20.70 on Saturdays and Sundays. 1.c. Each date that is booked for a Service is a unique and individual request. Moving or transferring these dates is considered a cancellation and a re-book of services and is subject to the standard cancellation policy. 24 (twenty four) hours’ notice is required to cancel, or 50% (fifty percent) of the total price of the service will apply. 1.d. Customers agree that if the Services are not used for 3 (three) months or more, a new Registration Form must be completed, and the dog may need to undertake a further trial or assessment prior to booking. 1.e. Fluffs & Wuffs shall use all reasonable endeavours not to cancel booked services, however if cancellation is necessary at short notice due to illness, all monies paid for the Services shall be returned to the Customer. An exception to this rule is cancellations due to extreme weather, which has a section within this document. 1.f. Fluffs & Wuffs shall give the Customer at least 1 (one) months’ notice for planned holidays and at least 2 (two) weeks’ notice for a short-term absence (such as a day off). 1.g. If a Service has been booked and there is no animal to collect or greet, a ‘No Show’ fee of will occur. This amount represents 50% of the overall cost of the reserved service. 2. ‘Regular’ Walking Services 2.a. For ‘Regular’ services (such as a dog that is walked every Wednesday under a rolling agreement), 24 (twenty four) hours’ notice is required to cancel individual walks, or a 50% (fifty percent) cancelation fee will occur. Customers are required to give 2 (two) weeks’ notice to cancel all walks in a week (or multiple weeks), for instance, due to a holiday.
