What's included?

Time for a sleepover! Instead of putting your furry friend in a kennel, why not try this service? It’ll keep your pet relaxed and give them all the love and attention they need. Pet Sitting is especially great for puppies, cats, or for anxious or older pets who feel more comfortable in their own space when you’re not home. It's ideal for those who want their pets to have constant care while they're away. You can relax knowing that both your pet and your home are in good hands during your time away. A total of 14 hours are covered in this service. For example starting at 5pm and ending at 7am. During this time, your pet will be fed, given fresh water, walked and played with. Plus, they’ll get plenty of fuss and love! Location: We are based in Bishop Auckland and cover Durham and Darlington areas. However, we can travel the entire North East for overnight stays. Additional Animals: If you have more than one Dog that requires this service, there is an additional cost of £12 per dog. If you have more than one Cat that requires this service, there is an additional cost of £8 per cat. Cancellation Policy

1. Booking and Cancellation 1.a. Booking discussions shall not be considered as ‘confirmed’ until Fluffs & Wuffs provides the Customer with a written confirmation that the booking has been accepted. If a deposit is required, the booking shall not be considered as ‘confirmed’ until the deposit Service Invoice has been paid. 1.b. Each date that is booked for the Services is a unique and individual request. Moving or transferring booked dates is considered a cancellation and a re-book of services and is subject to the standard cancellation policy. If the cancelled dates can be filled by another guest, the cancellation fee shall not be applicable. 1.c. Customers agree that if the Services are not used for 12 (twelve) months or more, a new Registration Form must be completed, and the pet may need to undertake a further trial or assessment prior to booking. 1.d. Fluffs & Wuffs shall use all reasonable endeavours not to cancel booked services, however if cancellation is necessary at short notice due to illness, all monies paid for the Services shall be returned to the Customer. 1.e. Fluffs & Wuffs shall give the Customer at least 1 (one) months’ notice for planned holidays and absence. 2. Block Bookings for Holidays 2.a. For ‘Block Bookings’ of 4 (four) days or more (such as holiday feeding), a 25% (twenty five percent) non-refundable deposit to hold an available space when Services are booked. The deposit must be paid within 24 (twenty-four) hours of booking, or the booking will be cancelled, and the space offered to another customer. The 25% (twenty-five percent) balance is due before the first day of service begins. If the Customer cancels, Fluffs & Wuffs will cancel the Service Invoice for the balance and retain the deposit for any spaces that cannot be filled with another customer. 3. Regular Bookings 3.a. For ‘Regular’ services (such as a pet that is fed every Wednesday under a rolling agreement), 48 (forty-eight) hours’ notice is required to cancel individual bookings, or a 50% (fifty percent) cancellation fee is charged. Customers are required to give 1 (one) weeks’ notice to cancel multiple bookings in a week (or multiple weeks), for instance, due to a holiday. 4. Ad Hoc and Short Block Bookings 4.a. For ad hoc, one -off services, 24 (twenty four) hours’ notice is required to cancel booked services, or a 50% (fifty percent) cancellation fee is charged. 5. No Show 5.a. A 50% of the overall cost if no pet is present.
